Hi everyone! So today I am going to share with you a quick and easy recipe for rumballs. It is the simplest and quickest recipe ever! And I will also sharing some ways I like to present my rumballs.
2 cups of biscuits (I used the whole packet of Arnotts Milk Arrowrot)
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup of shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling the balls in)
1/2 cocoa
What to do:
1. Place biscuits in a food processor and bend into a crumb
2. In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
3. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls
4. In another bowl place extra shredded coconut and roll balls.
5. Place balls into a container and put in fridge for at least two hours so the balls can set.
Now my favourite bit, presenting!
The first way I like to present my rumballs, is making a pyramid out of them.
As you can see made 3 squares on top of each other. So i put 16 rumballs down for the base, 9 on top, and then I place 4 and the one on the top. The number will depend on how big your plate is and how big you want your pyramid to be.
The next two ways I will be using
-White patty pans
-Clear cello wrap.
So the second way I just placed the rumballs in patty pans on the plate. I really like this way because they look cute and it is so simple.
The third way will take a little bit of time, but its worth it.
First you need to cut your cello wrap in rectangles that are big enough to wrap around the rumballs. In the picture above where I have you the materials you will see I have cut my cello wrap in rectangles.
Second step wrap your cello wrap around the rumball, and if you like add a bit of tape to secure the cello wrap.
Twist the end bits of the cello paper to make it look like a lollie! My cello paper was a bit small so it doesn't look as good as I would have liked it to.
Place them in a bowl and they are great for parties.
With love Angelique xx
